WE WERE STUCK IN THE PARKING GARAGE FOR 5 HOURS. We were parked on the 7th floor of the parking garage in terrible snow and wind. The security guard manning the line said it would take 'one hour to get out of the parking garage.' That was upsetting considering how much waiting we'd done already. We had to wait in line to use the elevators, about 10 minutes.
After this we waited in yet ANOTHER line because the ATM only gave us hundreds versus smaller bills. We waited in this line for nearly an hour only to be greeted by a less than friendly cashier. When we approached this line we should have turned around and left. The next line was to get our member card. Two were broken leaving one open, it took twenty minutes to take out cash.
The first line we encountered was at the ATM. The lines were so horrendous we weren't even able to play.
I can't find a single positive thing to say about this establishment. Our experience at this casino was all around terrible.
